Dr. Jody Slone is a licensed Chiropractic Physician. He attended Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Ohio where he received his BBA, Concentrated in Healthcare. He has always possessed a strong belief in chiropractic and the body’s natural capabilities for healing. Dr. Slone decided to pursue his chiropractic passion in 2013 and attended Palmer Chiropractic College in Port Orange, Florida where he graduated in 2016 and received his Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree. Dr. Slone’s Chiropractic Philosophy is based on scientific peer-reviewed information to provide the most up-to-date healing strategies for his patients regardless of the mechanism or cause of the patient’s illness or injuries. Dr. Slone looks forward to becoming an active member of his community and working to best serve his patients through compassion, understanding and due diligence. Dr. Slone is currently in a relationship with his partner, Holly, in which they share two dogs, Milo and Mia. Dr. Slone has always taken an interest in athletics ranging from golf, football, baseball, basketball, hockey and motorsports. I had muscle tear in my forearm just below the elbow verified bus MRI. The swelling and inflammation brought out every shade of purple from my hand to the center of my tricep along with incredible pain and limited mobility. I took the advice of Dr. Jody Sloan that consisted of ice then moist heat, along with compression but the what accelerated the recovery was a daily session on the class IV Laser at the Palm Harbor location. If you are not a believer it really does work to reduce pain and inflammation and promotes tissue regeneration.
Additionally, Dr. Sloan and his staff make it very easy on visit times with efficiency. Beyond the Laser treatment they are very knowledgeable and have a number of additional primary services.
It was a really good experience after a very damaging injury.

In my 11 years of chronic pain with pinched nerves not allowing me to move my neck or turn my head at ALL, Dr. Sloan is the first doctor to relieve me of my pain. He is by far the most talented, skilled, caring and reliable doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. I recommend him personally to everyone I know because he genuinely cares about his patients and their results. I’ve seen chiropractors and physical therapists in the past with little to no results. I honestly cannot express enough just how rare of a find he is. He has a patient for life over here!! If you’re in excruciating pain like I was, please don’t live another day feeling terrible, just come see Dr. Sloan.
