Te'Neshia Gold

My name is TéNeshia and I was born and raised in Austin, Texas! Yep, that’s right, Hook ‘em! I attended Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas and graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. I was a first-generation graduate and finished school in 3 years! I recently moved to the Arlington area so I’m ready to see what the DFW area has to offer! I’ve been involved in sports since I was 3 years old. My bread and butter in life is basketball, but I typically play any sport I can get my hands on. When I was 16, I tore my ACL playing basketball which set me up for my own rehab journey. Since then, I’ve been inspired to help others through exercise and other healthy habits as well.  From my first-time meeting everybody here at HealthSource I knew that being a part of this team would be something special and I’m ready to expand upon that journey and help every patient that walks in!

My wingspan is 3” more than my height!  I’m going places.
My Dog is ½ Husky ½ Great Pyrenees - “Fig”
