I’m Dr. Guwoin Ingram Jr., a proud native of Detroit, Michigan. My journey into the world of health began at Central Michigan University, where I searched to figure out what is true health. Inspired by a deep passion for guiding people to live in harmony with the natural laws and principles of health, I chose the path of being a chiropractor. After years of dedicated study and a commitment to understanding the body’s innate ability to heal, I proudly earned my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University. Now, I am thrilled to bring my knowledge and expertise to the Holly Springs community, where I am dedicated to helping each member achieve their optimal health and wellness through the nervous system. Outside the chiropractic clinic, you might find me at a local coffee shop, enjoying moments with my wife and Daughter. Dr. Jennifer Lo Casto graduated from Life University’s Doctor of Chiropractic program in June of 2024. She also received her bachelor’s of Nutritional Sciences from Life University. Her original plan was to pursue a track to become a Dietitian. However, once she was introduced to the community on the Life campus she decided that chiropractic was her calling. Extensively trained in a variety of chiropractic techniques Dr. Jennifer focuses primarily on diversified, activator, and Thompson techniques. Dr. Jennifer watched chiropractic change her husband’s life after injuries he received as a United States Marine and believes that everyone has a chance at life changing healing through chiropractic care and functional restoration. Dr. Jennifer is a Georgia native growing up in the Stone Mountain area. She is married to her husband Mark whom she has known since high school. Together they have three boys. Baseball games and band performances keep her busy on the weekends. As a family they enjoy exploring nature, foraging, swimming, and hiking. Dr. Jennifer is a lover of music and enjoys going to concerts, singing karaoke, and playing her ukulele.

I went because of an arm problem, I had intense pain and little mobility/flexibility.

In the studies they did to me, the Dr. found out what the pain problem was and gave me a treatment to follow. Today after a month I have no pain and I have 80% mobility in my arm.

The chiropractor took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a thorough treatment that left me feeling so much better. What really stood out was their follow-up care. They genuinely care about their patients and go the extra mile to ensure you’re on the right track to recovery.

I absolutely love the staff here! Dr. Lo Casto is very professional and knowledgeable and Dr. Ingram is equally as wonderful. I deal with severe lower back issues and degenerative disc issues, this practice has brought me so much relief!
