Abby Byford

I'm Abby Byford, a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Master’s in Exercise Science & Health Promotion. During my time in grad school, I served as a graduate assistant for the faculty/staff wellness program. My passion lies in empowering others to prioritize their health and improve their quality of life. In my free time, I love playing music, cooking, and spending time with my husband and our sweet bunny, Luna.
