The frequency of the treatment is like Dental care. Once a patient has been corrected, he usually only needs 2 treatments per year to stay well, just like cleaning your teeth. As a graduate of the Foundation for the Advancement of Chiropractic Research the treatment is done with 6 ounces of pressure. And, Thermography is used to determine that the exact complete adjustment is accomplished with every visit. When we combine that with Non-Invasive Disc Rehabilitation, people heal and get well better than they ever have before. “My unique treatment helps your body be the best it can be and stay that way with only 2 – 4 treatments per year to maintain it”.

My husband’s family has been coming to Dr. Manego for years and when I had hip pain in April that was excruciating, I decided to give him a call. So glad I did. In the last few months my x-rays are remarkably better and my pain is getting better. This method is a slow process but one based on long term healing and not quick fix. I am skeptical of chiropractors who push and pop and since Manego uses a different method of using reflexes to move the muscles to move the bone, it fits my needs perfectly. If you are needing a different approach, give Manego a try.

I started at the end of March 2026 and after 10-11 weeks using the disc table and physical therapy, I am 72% better!

I’ve had chronic back pain my whole life, sciatica, to be exact, and honestly I just thought it was one of those things that I just had to “live with”. I figured if I could manage and not be totally out of commission I was doing ok! I’ve been to many other chiropractors in my life and the relief was always temporary. After meeting with Dr. Manago he explained that I have to fix my issues at the “core” which is my spine and the discs that are damaged. Makes total sense, I just never knew there was actually a way to do that without surgery! Fix the spine, fix the discs, correct the alignment, heal the nerves, heal the muscle! I have been working with the doctor for a few months now, and I can see and feel the progress. I am not 100% yet, but I am close and getting better everyday. It is a process and it takes time for a body to heal after so many years, but I am so grateful to Dr. Manago and his incredible wife for all their support and dedication to making people not just feel better but actually heal and be better.

This review is long overdue for this wonderful chiropractic office. I started seeing Dr. Manago and his wife, Valeria, back in October 2020 due to severe back pain that shot down to my knee—some days I even had to crawl up the stairs. I was getting massages twice a week just to cope.

Dr. Manago recommended an intensive treatment plan at first (4 times a week), and gradually, the pain went away. Over time, my visits reduced to once every 3 months, and now in 2026, I only go once every 6 months for maintenance. He also consistently reminds me to keep up with the daily core exercises he taught me, which have made a big difference.

At every visit, he asks about my pain level—what used to be a 10 is now a 0. I’m very thankful for Dr. Manago and his care.
