From the information gathered we will sit down and review a treatment plan developed with your specific needs and goals in mind to help you get out of pain and moving again. At HS of Lake Forest, we look at the body as a whole and know that pain in one area might be stemming from another so we focus on returning your entire system to optimum health through exercise, nutrition and brain health.
