Dr. Alison Behnke graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2007. Dr. Behnke’s favorite part about being a Chiropractor is that it is constantly evolving and allows her to continue learning and challenging her knowledge and skill set. Not a day goes by where she is not amazed by the human body and its capabilities. Outside of her Chiropractic life, Dr. Behnke spends time being active. Her favorite things involve being outside, especially when her dog, Peanut, can join in the fun. She likes power-lifting, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, golfing and anything that can bring out a laugh. Her happiest days are those where she can let her adventurous side shine. Dr. Behnke’s favorite type of patient is one who loves to move and wants to excel in their area of interest, or one who has suffered chronic pain or stiffness but does not believe they have to live with it forever.

I have been getting adjusted for about a month and have noticed improvement in my mobility and balance and have less pain. I really like the rehab component along with getting adjusted. The movements/exercises I’m learning from Gabi have increased my core strength.
Dr. Alison is very knowledgeable and explains what she is doing when I ask questions. I have noticed many little things that once caused me discomfort are gone.
