Dr. Alex Waldeck graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in BioMedical Sciences (Pre-Medicine) with a Minor in Chemistry in 2007. He received his Doctorate in Chiropractic in Atlanta in 2013. He devoted most of his extra time to studying Pediatric Chiropractic. While still in his Doctoral program, Dr. Waldeck received his Board Certification after completing a 100+ hour Post Graduate program studying the upper cervical spine(neck). He has also extensively studied/taken continuing education courses involving; Radiology, Orthopedics, Nutrition, Sports Injury, and Whiplash. Dr. Waldeck was born in Phoenix, Arizona and grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He worked in South Atlanta for 2 years after graduation and moved to Alabama in 2015. He opened his office in Decatur in June 2016. He is involved with the community and is a member of the City of Decatur Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Alex is by far the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. He’s patient, he listens, and he develops a plan that actually works to relieve pain. I’ve struggled with severe lower back pain for several years. I’ve been referred to specialists and prescribed several medications, and was told I would need surgery to get permanent relief. After one visit with Dr. Alex at Healthsource, I felt immediate relief. After my 3 month course of treatment was complete, I was completely pain free.

His office is friendly and inviting- an overall great atmosphere. They worked around my busy schedule and had no problem rescheduling if I had a conflict. On the visits where I had to take my small children with me, they were so friendly and made my children feel welcome.
