Whether it is taking care of a pregnant mother to help her toward a successful labor and an optimum birth, or treating a newborn who might need a hand getting off to a good start, Dr. Ann has experience and expertise. Having raised six children of her own, and having helped welcome two grandsons into the world, it is clear that she is made for taking care of the families, both her own and those in her practice. With almost four decades of chiropractic training and experience, Dr. Ann has become certified as a Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner, Webster Technique doctor, and a First Adjustment certified chiropractor. Embracing a gentle tonal philosophy of health, Dr. Ann has found that incorporating non force chiropractic approaches such as Torque Release Technique and Koren Stabilizing Technique with her pregnancy and pediatric training has brought her into a place of unique understanding and integrated approaches which help her patients achieve a more optimal outcome than traditional chiropractic may provide. And there is the bonus fact that she can adjust her patients while they are sitting, standing, laying, toddling or even crawling. The Zilka’s have the best chiropractic techniques and family-friendly clinic.
