Dr. Jonathan Doty is a born and raised local healthcare provider serving residents in the Mandeville area doing the work he finds so rewarding. He earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Arizona State before getting his doctorate from Cleveland University-Kansas City. He worked previously in Kansas City, Hammond, Covington, and Mandeville. Dr. Doty grew up in Mandeville and enjoys sharing activities with his wife, two daughters, and their extended family of two hounds, two geckos, and two tortoises. In his spare time, he likes cooking, fishing, hunting, and farming his citrus grove and pecan trees at his property ‘home away from home’. He wanted to be a surgeon but after years of low back pain, going the medical route, the physical therapy route, then finally being introduced to his first DC — doctor of chiropractic — he was out of pain in two months. He absolutely loved the atmosphere, lifestyle, positivity and wellness approach. It was a game-changer. Dr. Doty also loves giving back. One of the most impactful things that has occurred in his life was helping to run a non-profit organization that specializes in assisting, caring, mentoring, and teaching children with autism. “It completely changed who I am as a man. Now is my time to give back to the community that raised me. seeing the results of my dedication, hard work, and treatment when my patients state they do not have pain any longer and that their lives have changed is extremely gratifying, serving is my passion, so now I never work a day in my life.”
