Since 2010, it has been our privilege to help Sylvia do what she loves! After seeking care at HealthSource for severe lower back pain and completing an active care plan designed to address her specific needs and treatment goals, Sylvia has maintained her spinal and joint health and mobility by sticking to her wellness plan and hasn’t slowed down since.  As a mom, grandmother, lawn care professional AND nurse, she is one active lady! It is such a pleasure to be part of Sylvia’s healthcare team, and we look forward to helping her keep moving for many years to come.
