Dr. Kilby Rech

D.C.

Dr. Kilby Rech is thrilled to call the Black Hills of South Dakota home, and to be able to help his community through chiropractic and spinal correction.. He grew up in north-central South Dakota in a town named Isabel, where he was first introduced to chiropractic at a young age for health & wellbeing,. He utilized chiropractic throughout his athletic career for increased recovery time, help with injury prevention, and maximizing performance. Dr. Kilby moved to Rapid City, SD, to finish high school and went on to graduate from St. Thomas More. Continuing his athletic career in basketball, he went to Northwest College in Powell, Wyoming, and while there received his Associate of Science. After completing his degree at Northwest College, he went on to finish his basketball career while attaining a Bachelor’s of Science degree with an emphasis in Health Promotion from Montana State University-Northern in Havre, MT.

Once finishing his bachelor degree and athletic career, Dr. Kilby knew he wanted to continue an active, healthy lifestyle, and also wanted to teach others to do the same with their own lives. With his experience in athletic performance, health promotion, and chiropractic care, he knew that becoming a chiropractor was what he was meant to do. Dr. Kilby went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, MN. During his time there, he was introduced to Chiropractic BioPhysics® to help correct and improve structural problems in the spine. This led Dr. Kilby to bring home this level of spinal care and health to Rapid City.

Dr. Kilby has a passion for helping families start healthy, stay healthy, and recover health through proper spinal health. He has a strong support system through his wife, Samantha, and his four kids- Boone, Kopper, Wilder, and Woodrow. His love for raising healthy families in the Black Hills is apparent and is thrilled to serve the community to help others have healthy, thriving families as well.
