Dr. Karina grew up in the Rio Grande Valley, where she completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Texas–Pan American. Early in her academic journey, she recognized a strong need for alternative and patient-centered healthcare options that focus on long-term wellness rather than temporary relief. This realization inspired her to pursue chiropractic care and continue her education at Parker University in Dallas, Texas, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. With over eight years of clinical experience, Dr. Karina is passionate about helping patients improve function, reduce pain, and return to their normal daily activities. Her approach emphasizes addressing the root cause of discomfort while supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. She is dedicated to helping patients not only feel better, but also maintain a higher quality of life over time. Dr. Karina enjoys caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds, from infants and children to adults and seniors. She values building lasting relationships with her patients and takes pride in supporting entire families through every stage of life with individualized, compassionate care. When not in the clinic, Dr. Karina enjoys traveling, reading, and staying active through weight training. She loves exploring new restaurants in the Houston area and values quality time with her family and friends.
