At the beginning of the Covid shutdown all surgeries were cancelled and then the light bulb went on.  We couldn't get the surgery for our daughter and looking to immediate alternatives and what we could do for her ears we went to Dr. Melissa and Dr. Emily for help.  They are miracle workers!  Our daughter can hear now!  The best thing Covid did for us was this!  I've known Dr. Melissa prior to this and she has been a miracle worker all the long.  Both doctors know all about health and well being.  Been my experience Dr. Melissa is very good with women's health.  Even with sports injuries and muscles.  The environment going into the office is very positive and fun!  Every once in a while you will see dogs in the office.  We love this place and the doctors.  We are so very grateful for this excellent team!  Best part was when things reopened we visited the Ears, Nose and Throat clinic for a re-evaluation on our daughter and the doctor was speechless and still very kind to us.  He was amazed.  No surgery needed.  So very grateful.
