Dr. Reggie Sehgal is the Clinic Director at HealthSource Chiropractic of Troy. He received his Doctorate degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO. With 21 years of experience, Dr. Sehgal has seen and treated thousands of patients in the metro Detroit area. HealthSource is one of the only facilities in Michigan that offers corrective chiropractic care and proven physical therapy modalities to get you out of pain and keep you well. Dr. Sehgal’s office in Troy, has won numerous awards: Billing officer of the year (2014), Triple Hitters Club (2017), Homerun Club (2018), Financial officer of the year (2019), Grand Slam Club (2019), and Meyer D.C. Customer of the year (2019). Dr. Sehgal is the first Chiropractor in Michigan to be a board member and network leader for the Arthritis Foundation. Dr. Sehgal specializes in sciatica pain, as well as chronic neck and back pain from degenerative discs, bulging discs and herniated discs. He has also studied Myofascial Release techniques for treating musculoskeletal injuries. Growing up in Ann Arbor, Dr. Kadri quickly found his passion of athletics and helping others. Once he graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s in Science, Dr. Kadri found Chiropractic. He found it is a profession where he can combine his love of helping others and incorporating the importance of proper health and wellness. Dr. Kadri graduated from Parker University, in Dallas, Texas where he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in April 2023. In school he had the opportunity to intern at the VA hospital in Ann Arbor, where he obtained clinical experience by working with our veterans. Dr. Kadri is very passionate and is willing to do whatever it takes to serve our patients, and we are excited to have him on our team!

Dr. Rai attended the University of Toronto and graduated in 2020 where he studied Honours biology. He discovered a passion towards manual therapy after shadowing chiropractors and discovering their ability to heal naturally. He went on to complete the Doctor of Chiropractic program at D’Youville University in August 2024. Dr Rai completed rotations in Buffalo, New York including University at Buffalo Neurosurgery (UBNS) helping to treat both pre and post-operative patients. Dr Rai also has additional training in Myofascial release techniques and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. When he’s not passionately working, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing pickleball, and supporting the Buffalo Bills. Dr. Rai looks forward to helping you get out of pain!
