Heather has an associate's degree in Medical Office Specialties, as well as multiple years of experience in customer service. Her role as Front Office Specialist is to have a welcoming relationship with patients. It is essential to her that she helps the patients feel comfortable in every way possible. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and going on adventures with her two children.
