DOT Physicals

At HealthSource Chiropractic, we conduct a thorough exam to ensure drivers meet the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements and are following department regulations. The DOT and FMCSA require all drivers holding a commercial driver’s license (CDL) to complete a DOT physical, complete a medical examination report and successfully complete all requirements of the DOT physical to be issued a CDL medical card.
